My two stars doesn't come from the service, I can't complain about it, but about their policy of prices. I have been a regular at Vesta for a while and I always get the same done. Last Sunday I was charged £20 more for the same thing. I discussed it with them, showed them the previous bank payments and the reply was that I was given a discount and now I was paying the full price. Unfortunately this is not the first time this happened to me. I stopped getting the threading treatment do here because of the random policy prices, so did my daughter, who went to them for the same treatment as me one day after and she was charged differently. They are good professionals if you can survive with never knowing what you are going to pay. For me this is just not serious.
Absolutely great service all round from when you first enter to when you leave. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. They talked me through my appointment every step of the way and knew what was best for my hair. First time I came the stylist knew what colour would suit my hair and when I went a couple months later he then made sure that it was the same balayage colour again. They make you feel confident and are very professional in their work ethic. It was definitely worth the drive down and I would not use any one else again.
I was recommended this place by a friend who is local. Although it is pretty far away from my area, I took a chance and I'm so glad I did. Love the haircut, great customer service and staff, I didn't even spend a lot of time in the chair but the final result was outstanding. So now I am the one recommending this place.
