Absolutely appalling experience – avoid at all costs. I booked a balayage, haircut, wash, and blow dry through Treatwell for £230. What I got was an unprofessional, chaotic, and downright distressing experience. Four different people worked on my hair, none of them had a clue what I booked. I was told my hair was “too dark” for balayage. They went ahead and dyed my hair which is non blended 2 different colours. I was left sitting with my head in the sink, cold water running down my neck, I was seeing for over 30 minutes with products on my hair. I now have a frozen neck and shoulder thanks to their negligence. They started blow drying my hair and when I asked about the haircut I paid for, I was brushed off. When I voiced my concerns about how I was being treated, they told me to “get out of the salon” in the most aggressive and humiliating way. I walked out without receiving the service I paid for and feeling completely disrespected. This place is a disgrace. When I complained to Treatwell, instead of being sorry they said I agreed to have just hair dye for £230😂 what a joke! I have all the proves and I will escalate and deal with it legally.

First visit to this salon, Angela & Mems were so lovely & welcoming. They both did a fantastic job of my hair, I will definitely be back.
