I was genuinely disappointed with the food quality; calling it mediocre would be generous. Wine , Cabernet Sauvignon, was nice though.
I recently dined at this restaurant and had a mixed experience. While the food was okay, the flavours were unfortunately masked by an overpowering garlic taste in every dish, which was a bit disappointing. However, the sauces are on point! I must commend the staff for providing excellent service throughout the meal. The passion juice I ordered was on the borderline of sweetness, and I would have appreciated a touch more syrup to balance the flavours. On a positive note, the atmosphere of the restaurant was fantastic, creating a pleasant dining ambience. In conclusion, the restaurant has potential, but the issue with excessive garlic in the dishes and the slightly underwhelming passion juice could use some improvement. Nonetheless, the attentive staff and the enjoyable atmosphere make it worth considering for a visit.
We went for dinner with some friends. Less selection of non alcoholic drinks. No mocktails. We ordered selection of dishes but all Dishes have same basic curry paste so whatever you order tastes almost the same. Disappointed, as food lacked flavour. It used to be nice but sometimes seems to have changed especially non veg dishes. Not impressed & possible may not go back.
Amazing Indian food compared to central London. Service is amazing. Everyone is friendly and food comes quickly and taste great. This is the best Indian restaurant in London.
We’ve been ordering and eating in at this restaurant for multiple years. Never have we had an issue however we had a long flight home and ordered sun and sand for delivery. Again something we do often. I was missing the roti I had ordered along with some chicken wings. I called sun and and sand and happened to speak directly to the manager, who flat out accused me of lying and said he had packed the bag himself and it’s definitely in there. We checked both bags 3 times whilst he was still on the phone and I assured him it wasn’t. He was adamant it was and refused to help further. We asked him to check with his driver in case he’d missed it out or dropped it and he refused to. He then said we can collect it if we want to but he knows it’s definitely in there. My husband then took the phone and said he’d come and collect and that he didn’t appreciate being called a liar. My husband went to collect the missing items (in his pjs!!) where the same manager told him that he was lying and he would give it anyways and that we should not come back ever again. Disgusting behaviour from a hospitality sector and from somewhere we are regulars at. Someone needs to speak to this man about manners and customer service because honestly that was just shocking behaviour. Baring in mind we paid for those things!
