    I recently got my hair done at Narcis Beauty Salon, and I absolutely loved it! The staff were professional and friendly, and the results exceeded my expectations. My hair looks amazing, and I’ve received so many compliments. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for quality service!

    Deeply Disappointed – Poor Service Ahead of an Important Event (Wedding) I’d like to clarify that I’m not seeking a refund or complaining about the fees or their behaviour. I’m not from London and have no intention of harming the salon’s reputation for competition or any other means. I’m leaving this review in the hope that it helps improve their service and informs future customers — especially those attending important events. I booked an appointment for myself and my daughter for a family wedding schedued at 4pm and arrived at 10am at salon as agreed. I had clearly informed the salon that I have nano extensions and required someone experienced — which they confirmed was fine. On arrival, only one stylist was present. She was polite but visibly stressed, managing phones, walk-ins, and other clients. She offered to include my mum’s blow dry too, so she was doing three of us. Staff arrived later, so she had enough time — yet the results were poor. My mum’s blow dry was basic and no hairspray was used, which caused her hair to fall flat shortly after leaving the salon. The stylist had an excuse for everything. When my daughter’s hair went flat, she blamed the "aggressive" nature of her hair. In truth, she was given a basic ponytail with curled ends, frizzy front sections, and no volume or styling. She left upset and my sister had to redo it at home and comfort her as she was clearly upset. As for me, the stylist said my extensions were too high to style — but two salons I consulted later said they were perfectly fine. My hair was washed and blow-dried so roughly I lost several extensions. I had asked for loose waves with a slight front puff — simple — but got frizzy, uneven curls and a flat crown. I was even asked to get up mid-way through for my mum’s turn, and when I asked if I was done as the right side had flat bits and fizzy top, she sprayed one section and tucked it under to hide the flatness. I paid £125, which she said was a discounted fee (I did not questions any thing) and left in tears as I could not stand to confront her as she said: ''there's nothing I can do because of your extensions''. No other salon could fit me in before the wedding, so I returned to my hotel devastated. My partner ended up restyling my hair using a straightener and YouTube videos as he had no experience with ladies hair styling, which truly looked far better than what I got at Narsis. I arrived late and upset, while my family had to fix my daughter’s hair themselves. This experience fell far short of expectations. I would not recommend this salon for anyone needing reliability or care for a special occasion.

    They are not only incredibly dog-friendly and kind but also highly professional and excellent at what they do. A special thank you to Niloufar for my eyebrows and to the entire team for making both me and my dog feel so welcome!

    I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received at this eyebrow salon. After my visit, I experienced a severe reaction on my skin—it became very irritated, itchy, and uncomfortable. I went back to show them the reaction in person and express how unhappy I was with the damage caused. Unfortunately, the way the situation was handled left a lot to be desired. At first, the conversation was polite, but when I asked for a resolution—specifically a refund—they started giving me excuses. I was told the manager wasn’t available and that she was “very, very, very busy.” When I insisted, they refused to call her. I was then told they don’t give cash refunds, which felt like just another way to avoid taking responsibility. Instead of showing genuine concern for a customer’s wellbeing, they chose to deflect and make excuses. I came to them in good faith, hoping for an understanding and solution, but left feeling dismissed and disrespected. Keep the £10—it’s not about the money. It’s about how poorly you handled a situation where your service caused actual harm. You’ve lost a customer.

    Absolutely disappointed. They butchered my child’s hair and wouldn’t even accept it. The ability to follow directions seems to highly lack. Maybe hire stylists who know how to cut and not experiment on your customers
