My beautician is absolutely brilliant and I go to her regularly. Facilities are clean and modern. Only issue is no-one answers phone or returns voicemail in a timely manner. That could be better.
I’ve been going to HC MedSpa at Mill Hill for a while now for laser hair removal and the results have definitely shown. All the staff are really friendly and Chinazom, who have been doing the laser appointments, always does an amazing job in taking care of you during the sessions. This is my third session at HD MedSpa, and the results have been amazing! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The receptionist greets you with a smile, and the laser specialist ensures a smooth and comfortable experience. Jery, in particular, is incredibly patient and attentive, making sure every detail is taken care of. I couldn’t be happier with the service!
As a man walking in to a female-dominated world, I rolled in to MedSpa like it was destined to be. I experience the Front of Desk staff to be highly proficient in all manner of dealings with their clients, both on and off the phone. And, as a man whose body hair has been the source of low self-esteem ever since it sprouted, Niloufar put me well at ease. Unfortunately, she's moving on from MedSpa, but she's set the bar high for her replacement, and I've no doubts I'll continue to be in good hands. The laser-hair removal machine used at MedSpa is incredible, but I'm biased as I've no comparison to other machines. My own research on the Soprano Titanium, and the results I saw from the very first session speaks for itself. Hair be gone, fast. I recommend laser hair removal at HC Med Spa
