I had a disappointing experience at this hair salon. Despite asking for a haircut similar to the first picture, my hair was cut much shorter (the result is on the second photo). The hairstylist appeared inexperienced, and the overall customer service was unsatisfactory. Additionally, the website's pricing information was outdated; I was charged £35 for a haircut and wash, excluding a blowdry that I didn't receive. Given my experience, I cannot recommend this salon.
Went here yesterday and had such a great experience! Suni did my hair and she did an amazing job, exactly what I wanted, so careful and didn't rush. Magda was so understanding as my card wasn't working to take out cash and let me transfer her money instead even though they only take cash, which made me feel so grateful and they reassured me it was okay as I was very worried. Very friendly and loved talking with them! Also very funny
will definitely be coming back next time! I had highlights done and couldn't be more happier, absolutely recommended them for any hair service and everything was perfect and they are such amazing and sweet people! Thank you both!
I got a last minute haircut from Dorota who was absolutely amazing as usual. I’ve been coming to her for the last three years and have always walked out so happy. You can tell she has a lot of experience and has a sense for the kind of hair you’re wanting- all you have to do is show one picture and she will just nail it perfectly. Thank you again!
Had a beautiful haircut and blow-dry with Dorota. It was my first time at the salon, and despite calling last minute, she fit me in and did an amazing job. Excellent customer service too thank you
Been coming here for years. Magda and Suni do great hairs cuts and fast! All I go for is a trim. Very welcoming and friendly, highly recommended.
