Had a beautiful haircut and blow-dry with Dorota. It was my first time at the salon, and despite calling last minute, she fit me in and did an amazing job. Excellent customer service too thank you
I am from Italy and i am very demanding when it comes to hair. I moved in the area over a year ago, and I was still looking for a hair salon where i could find someone that could properly cut my hair. I like my style which is a mix of short and long hair, so this could be challenging for some. I was looking from the window and i saw a lady cutting some short hair and i could recognised that from the way she cut the hair she was trained like from the “old good school”. So i booked and appointment with Dorota (she is from Poland). My first appointment with her was very good and i was very satisfied. She understood what i wanted (i showed her some photo) and she did exactly as i asked. She is very focus when she does the hair, professional and experienced. I came back other 3 times and she always did the same, so i am very happy and she (Dorota) will be my permanent hairdresser. The salon Fresh Cut is not decorated as last fashion design but it is clean and all people working there are nice and welcoming. Yes i am happy i end up here !!!
I had a disappointing experience at this hair salon. Despite asking for a haircut similar to the first picture, my hair was cut much shorter (the result is on the second photo). The hairstylist appeared inexperienced, and the overall customer service was unsatisfactory. Additionally, the website's pricing information was outdated; I was charged £35 for a haircut and wash, excluding a blowdry that I didn't receive. Given my experience, I cannot recommend this salon.
Went in with chaotic blue and brown hair and they fixed me right up and gave me a lovely hair cut with highlights! They were so lovely throughout the whole process and I had such a great time!! Recommend Fresh Cut Hair Studio 100%! Even took my mom the day after my appointment!!
