This is one of the worst takeaways I've ever had. The garlic fries, were hard but soggy, and absolutely covered in just cold raw garlic. The chicken quesadilla had about 3 thin leathery pieces of chicken in them. Congealed cheap cheese and some bland but weirdly spicy sauce. No flavour, no love, no care. As a chef this food is very hard to get this wrong. There is no love or passion put into this food. I can't believe I spent my allotted takeaway allowance on this disappointing trash. I mean just look at the pictures I got basically a plain soggy tortilla. I wouldn't recommend to eat here.
Eating in or home delivery we enjoy Finchley Kitchen regularly. We always have a good chat and catch up with the lovely owners before enjoying our meals when we eat in. Top picks for us include the: - Vegetarian Breakfast Burrito (with extra home-made salsa) - Monster Breakfast - LA Chicken Burger - Sweet Potato Fries - Halloumi salad - home-made salsa (love the fiery fresh flavour) And more! The portions are always of a decent size, fresh, tasty, hot and filling - itโs why we keep coming back for more! It really is a unique asset to Finchley ๐
The place is small and its simple looks betray how lovely it really is. It has a rich menu with some very appetising options (many for vegetarians as well), good cooking, and warm, friendly - albeit a little slow - service. It's like a successful marriage between home cooking and a diner experience.
Great food!! Great service !! The lady was so friendly :) she's smiling at me all the time and was very polite. It's already my second time there. Recommended to my colleagues already. A definite go !!!
I think it deserves a four stars. It was a particularly rainy day, so we sought solace with some good food. We were greated with a warm and friendly greeting by a young lady. It turns out the restaurant is a family affair and she is the daughter of the lady who owns and runs it We settled on ham & cheese omelettes, plus a portion of fries too share. The fries arrived very quickly but by the time the omelettes arrived, the fries were long finished. They should come together. They were very busy due to lots of orders from Deliberoo. Nevertheless the food was good and the service friendly.
