Hi everyone, I had been suffering from severe lower back and shoulder pain for a long time. After doing some research, I accidentally came across this clinic. In addition to all kinds of pain therapy, they also offer chiropractic treatment. It was exactly what I was looking for! Today, I had my second session and will definitely receive more sessions. From the moment I walked in, the office staff was friendly and welcoming, creating a comfortable atmosphere. Dr. Siraj took the time to thoroughly assess my needs and explained every step of the treatment plan. I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my mobility and overall well-being since starting my sessions. The adjustments are always tailored to my specific issues, and Dr. Siraj provides helpful tips for maintaining my progress at home. Very professional, welcoming and amicable practitioner. Helped me immensely in getting rid of lower and upper back pain caused by sports and long hours sitting in front of a computer. Have been back multiple times. Would highly recommend Dr. Siraj and his team.
I contacted this massage therapy clinic before I went in for my first visit due to neck pain and they said they were offering half price sessions which had been reduced from £120 an hour to £40 an hour. However I made an appointment and went, when I got in I only received a 20 minute session with minimal treatment and was charged £80. I think this is a scam centre.
Awful place with awful people. I had an initial appointment booked for 4:10pm and was requested to arrive earlier to fill out a form. I followed this instruction and promptly arrived at 4pm. I introduced myself to the receptionist along with giving her the details of the appointment. She requested I take a seat as the chiropractor would be with me shortly. I sat down waiting, my appointment time came and went. I was handed a form to fill out at 4:20pm at which point I queried with the receptionist, when I will be seen to, as my appointment time had gone and I also arrived earlier to fill out the form she handed me as instructed on the phone at the time of making the appointment. She seemed to take offense to this, it was as if I had offended her by asking when the chiropractor will be available as the appointment time had not been kept and me querying this, had insulted her. The response after questioning her on when I will be seen, I then got, was that he was running late as he can't just leave a client but no indication of when the chiropractor would see me. No common courtesy in informing me the chiropractor was running late, it was a case of you have to wait and not ask questions. What was the point of booking an appointment? The chiropractor did eventually come out to tell me he would be another 10-15 minutes. I decided I would take my money some where else. Some where, where they value a paying client's time as much as their own.
