Ordered mixed kebab under the sharing platters menu, it arrived and was very small amount of food, I called to discuss this with divans, hoping to have an explanation as to maybe there being some food missing. He told me this was a meal for one!! (Even though it is in the sharing platters!!?) and I should have known because it was the cheapest one. Just go to gokyuzu in my honest opinion

Always like the restaurant, nice food, people and price. Takeaway isn't very good. Poor salad - no tomato, dry chicken and bread. Kebab not put together properly, we wanted a wrap. Poor chips.
Outstanding food and staff. I always go for lamb which is cooked to perfection and the servings are so generous. The place is always clean and you always see the same staff so they must be doing something well. The only slight inconvenient is that sometimes they can rush you a bit since it gets so busy. If you want to spend some time there, I recommend to go during the week when it is quieter or to avoid the weekend's busiest hours. Then you can enjoy your free Turkish tea and sweets for a little bit longer!
Do not be fooled by the good reviews for this restaurant, most likely written by the staff. Terrible terrible terrible customer service, waited around for more than 30mins,to be acknowledged by a member of staff. I gave up and took my money elsewhere. I later rang the restaurant to speak to someone more senior, he wasn’t interested. Avoid avoid avoid!!
