What an incredible dental clinic The receptionists were so helpful and friendly. The dentist Sharif Islam was the most patient, gentle, kindest dentist I have ever been to. My tooth extraction went so well and there had been nothing to be concerned about. My new dental practice for the future Can’t recommend them enough!
Dr Kevin Silver and his team at Cavendish House are excellent. They have been caring for my teeth for over 20 years. I appreciate the calm efficiency of the practice—they will find an emergency appointment when I need. Dr Silver is professional and takes time to consider his work and explain thoroughly: fillings, crowns or a root canal treatment. It is a tribute to the skill of the team at Cavendish House that I still have most of my teeth. The practice I would highly recommend!
Our family has been going to Cavendish House for years now; I highly recommend Dr Kevin and his team. He's a wonderful and competent dentist and I trust him completely. He makes my children feel comfortable and relaxed too. His assistants are also friendly and polite. Edit: 2022: Sadly, I need to edit my review. I was suffering from sensitive teeth - so booked in with a different team at the same dentist. Was charged half which was reasonable. However, my teeth only got worse - to the point where drinking anything was hurting. I was panicking something was seriously wrong. So, I had to book in another appointment with my usual dentist - and was charged £75 for less than 5 minutes for a dental appointment. I was relieved to see that I had no major problem but at least, one shouldn't be charged so much. Something similar happened in the past when my son was recommended the hygienist - his appointment literally lasted less than 10 minutes but he had to pay the full fee. I do think that when you're seen for such short intervals, paying a full £75 feels exorbitant.
I have been a patient at Cavendish House Dental Practice for over 20 years and have had extensive dental treatment there. The staff are committed to providing an excellent standard of service in a friendly, caring, calm and professional environment. All options are clearly explained, all questions answered and there is no pressure to have the most costly or complex treatment. In emergencies, they always find a way to fit you in quickly and make you comfortable. I would highly recommend this practice which is particularly good for nervous and anxious patients like me!
After so many years of going and being loyal to a few dentists. I decided to move dentists to a nearer one as i just wasnt happy with my previous one after 5 years or so! I got into Cavendish very fast as i requested with a more then helpful receptionist. To then see the most fantastic dentist. I went through all my issues and thoughts to then have the most amazing clean ever! no exaggeration. My sensitivity my nerves and the clean was the best i ever have had and all thanks to Amanda. Thank you and not needing another clean or half hearted clean in four weeks as i normally did. I am booked in for three months time!
