Yet again this amazing surgery has come up trumps. My crown fell out at the weekend. First thing Monday morning I called to ask for an appointment. I was given one that same day at 5pm, even though my usual dentist is not there on Mondays. Mr Pins saw me and fixed my problem with such efficiency and courtesy. The whole team there is a pleasure . . I have truly never enjoyed going to the dentist, but this surgery has changed my opinion completely. It is super efficient, super clean and always puts the patient first. Huge thanks to you all. Sharon Harris
I was very happy with my visit. I am very nervous at the dentist but Mr Shah made me feel relaxed and at ease. I felt listened to and respected. I had been dreading going for sometime, and now realise that there was no need for this anxiety.I will not be worrying in the future. So pleased.
3-one-one is simply the nicest dentist's ever! And not, y'know, 'weird nice' like they're reading off a script; the people here, receptionists, dentist, hygienists, are all so warm & professional. They're for real - and it makes such a difference. Whoever's in charge of recruitment, you're getting it right! I'm not at all surprised to see so many 5-star reviews.
I had a terrible relationship with "the dentist" for many years after a bad experience years ago, leaving me a very anxious patient that hardly ever went to the dentist. I'm so glad we found 3one one because the whole team of dentists and hysienists here are amazing!!! They are reassuring, give clear and helpful explanations of what needs to be done and what they are doing and what's required for good maintenance. I wish I had found them years ago.
Excellent dentist. I come a long way to visit and would highly recommend this prac time. My dentist is Richard Pins - wonderful.
